HWA being right based organization recognizes children rights at the core of organizational ethos. Organization acknowledges right-based advocacy instrumental for raising awareness about children rights and pushing legislation bodies for protective legislation. To compliment this objective, organization pursues comprehensive community mobilization approach, forming civil society networks and building their capacity on child rights to enhance outreach of child rights monitoring across the district.

In 2015 HWA with the support of Child Rights Movement – CRM Sindh formed 20 Child Rights clubs in various government and private schools of district SBA, more than 400 students including 200 girls are member in formed child clubs. HWA with the support of CRM Sindh provided trainings about child rights laws and UNRCR.

HWA sensitized communities and civil society organizations on child rights and child protection and strengthening community groups in district Shaheed Benazirabad.

HWA organized number of activities/trainings seminars to build capacities to civil society organizations and service delivery government agencies on child rights laws in Sindh and international Children Conventions i.e UN CRC, its concluding observations and recommendations.
