House hold Survey for BDCC-Sindh

Hari Welfare Association conducted the household survey to assess the damages caused by flood and rains in 2010, in two Union Councils of Taluka Johi, District Dadu for BDCC Sindh. Before the household survey, a scanning survey was conducted in the area in order to have a list of tentative villages to be surveyed comprehensively. A total of 38 villages in above mentioned Union Councils were identified through the scanning. A comprehensive household survey was planned on the basis of scanned data.

Baseline Survey for SAP-Hyderabad

Hari Welfare Association provided administrative, logistic and human resource support to South Asia Partnership Pakistan to conduct the base line survey in district Benazirabad. It was an integrated development intervention which being planned by South Asia Partnership Pakistan to launch a project with holistic approach covering Livelihood, Education, women empowerment & health.

The base line survey was conducted in 50 villages of district Benazirabad. The survey was integrated and comprehensive in its nature as socio- economic, health and education aspects were covered in it.

Education Survey for HWA

Hari Welfare Association also believes in research work. HWA has taken self-initiatives to carry out the survey of schools about student’s enrollment and attendance. Forty primary schools of district Benazirabad were assessed. 10 volunteers of HWA were oriented about the study in order to collect realistic information. The data was compiled and shared with the district line department and other stakeholders with possible recommendations.
